Machine Tool

The Associate in Industrial and Manufacturing Technology prepares students to apply basic engineering principles and technical skills in manufacturing and fabrication to the identification and solution of problems in product manufacturing, industrial management, construction and other areas. Students receive instruction in quality control, industrial processes, industrial management, computer-aided design and manufacturing automation. Problem solving and teamwork are addressed throughout the program and in the culminating capstone project. Graduates can find employment as manufacturing technicians, quality technicians, production supervisors or managers, research and development technicians and related occupations.
