A New Communication Tool for Parents
The Genesee Intermediate School District (GISD) Transportation Services department has implemented the My Ride K-12 app for parents/guardians of GISD Special Education and Genesee Career Institute transportation students. The My Ride K-12 app helps improve communication between parents and GISD transportation staff and provides tools that help keep parents informed about their children’s daily journey on GISD buses.
Parents/guardians can securely use the My Ride K-12 app to see bus stop location, their child’s assigned route, scheduled pickup time, and when to expect the bus each day.
Parents/guardians can access their child’s transportation-related information either through the My Ride K-12 app on their mobile device or through the My Ride K-12 website on their computer. The mobile app is available for Apple® and Android® devices. Find the app in the Apple Store and on Google Play.
